Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor repackaging machinery to ensure consistent, high-quality output
- Set up, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment
- Inspect packaged products for quality control and compliance with specifications
- Maintain accurate production logs and report any equipment issues or defects
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Prior experience operating industrial or packaging machinery preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment adjustments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
